Exchange and Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return the product, please review the following terms and conditions:
- Return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with the packaging and the invoice.
- Youngish reserves the right to cancel the return request if the product is found to be used or damaged. In such cases, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Return or Exchange Process:

- For both return and exchange requests, our representative will collect the product within 7-10 business days.
Return Process:
- During the return process, our representative will collect the product and refund the order amount, minus the return shipping cost.
Exchange Process:

During the exchange process, the customer will hand over the product and receive the replacement at the same time. The customer will also pay the exchange shipping fee, which is the same as the original shipping cost, and any additional costs resulting from the exchange.

In the case of returns, the full amount will be refunded, excluding all delivery charges.
Our working hours are from 9 AM to 12 AM, Saturday to Thursday.
